The 2010 Nissan Altima is available in a choice of three modes – Nisan Altima Sedan, Nissan Altima Coupe and Nissan Altima Hybrid, and a choice of two gas power plants – the 175 hp 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder and 270 hp 3.5-liter V6 engine, as well as the 198 hp hybrid powertrain that mates a specialized version of Nissan’s QR25 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine and standard electronically controlled CVT with an advanced electric drive motor/generator.
