Project Zed is powered by a 1,900 bhp 3.5-liter VQ V6 engine and is the first ever Pro Class 350Z dragster in Europe. The dragster will compete at the FIA European Finals at Santa Pod, September 10th to 13th 2009, where it will be the only Japanese engined car competing against American V8 powered cars.

Project Zed will compete in various classes, including Super Pro ET, Competitor Eliminator and HKS Series – Pro Class throughout the rest of 2009.
